That's right people! SP is still a reality! We aren't taking all the results we hoped but we are growing because as time passes, new projects rise!
We had also one collaboration established with one of our partner: we gave them hosting support.
That project is called lot tracker and it is a web app for managing lots.
We hope other people uses SmashingProject to develop their work!

Still Waiting
Hi everybody, we are still waiting for somebody to post something on the "feedback sticky window" put on the site but nobody is doing it...quite strange isn't it?! Yeah...definitively...people is shy!
I'm sure lot of people has a project or an idea to promote but strange...nobody comes to us...
In the meaning time we are thinking about a new webapplication to create: something like programmer retirement program. Absurd?! All programmers know well how much stress-full is this work, so it would be interesting to show what one can do when he goes on retirement! It would be great also during the work because he could take insipration for something to do during his work!

Hi everybody!
It's time to come back from holidays...sigh! There's always a "come back", but maybe one day it will be possible to extend holidays definitively!
Ok, so let's go back to our webapp! First of all we noticed that during these weeks traffic affluence has decreased. It is a common thing due to the holiday period.
But we still have traffic...but people it's shy! You may think this is not true, but it's real!
Due to this fact we decided to add a "Feedback Window" over the site. It may result a little bit nasty but we want to stimulate user leaving messages to us. We want to understand why people navigate the sites, but never decide to leave a project or an idea.
So we'll wait for people's feedback!

Opening of Smashing Project Blog!
Hi everybody, it's a great pleasure to announce the opening of a blog dedicated to a new website of mine: http://smashingproject.com
What is Smashing Project?
SmashingProject is a site dedicated to people who have a project idea and are in need of fundings or just want to promote their project. Anybody can create a detailed project description (yes, it's totally free!) and publish it to the site. Project owner can set project to accept pledges so he can find potential investors or simply determine correct price for his product. Thanks to comment, it is also possibile to receive feedbacks from users.
SmashingProject would like to be also a repository idea, so we have created an "idea section" in which people can submit ideas and discuss about that with other users. It will be possible to understand if an idea is a good one, find people for collaborations or simply receive indications from other users to see if someone else has already realized something similar.
Why Smashing Project?
A lot of people have good ideas, but often is very difficult to find money, collaborations or simply to discuss about that with people and receive usefull feedbacks. SmashingProject can help anybody in trasforming their ideas to real projects!
Who is behind SmashingProject?
Quite simple: just two italian software programmers. This is a project created just for the sake of trying something different and for the passion in our work!

This blog has been created after a few weeks of online pubblication of SmashingProject. The scope of this blog will be keep an active notification of SmashingProject evolution and to declare technical solutions adopted for his realization.
